Pool is Open

Pool opened on Saturday 19-May.

We need people to sign up to help open and close the pool through the season. It is an easy task which mainly require that you open the gates in the morning before 9am and close again at night after 9pm (10pm Fri-Sun).
Please contact Greg Martha or Doug Carroll if you can help.

Access to the pool is for residents of Olde Peachtree Station subdivision, including their guests, only. Additionally, to have access, your Home Owners Dues for this year must have been paid in full.

Your cardkey from last year will continue to give you access. If you have lost your key, or if you are a new resident and you did not receive the key from the previous owner/resident, you can contact Greg Martha or Doug Carroll for a replacement keycard which will be issued for a minor fee.

If you are having problems with the payment, contact the board as soon as possible. We will work with you and find a solution!

Note: Homeowners who have not paid their dues in full do NOT have access to the pool or other common areas! You could also face legal actions!

Just moved in?

First of all, Welcome to Olde Peachtree Station! We are glad you have chosen to live here.

Here are some things you should know:
______________________________

Keep it Clean!

Please help keep the area nice by NEVER throwing trash out your car window. It is perfectly good trash, which you paid good money for. Bring it home and do with it what you want there, instead of leaving it on the road where someone might steal it!
______________________________

Cameras at the pool

Because of the problems we have been having at the pool area, problems like Vandalism, Drug sale and use, on and around the parking lot and pavilion, etc etc, the HOA have installed security cameras in the area. Some of them you can see ... SOME YOU CAN'T!

You are not being watched, but you are being recorded! We only watch the recording when someone broke the rules, and when that happens, there will be consequences!

We have already caught several people destroying HOA property and several gaining access to the pool without having paid their dues. They have been punished!
The HOA will not hesitate to call the police in these situations.

If you see something going on, speak up, or at least call one of the Board Members as soon as possible. Make a note of the time!

Meetings are announced on the bulletin board at the entrance the week of the meeting. All OPS homeowners and residents are welcome.

If you have topics you would like discussed at a meeting, please contact the president, at least 5 days before the meeting, so your topic can be put on the agenda.

Making changes to your home?

Before you make any changes to your home or lot, make sure you send a change request to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). We will look through your plans and help you ensure they fit within the rules and regulations of the neighborhood and the County.

You can read the current by-laws and covenants, as well as find links to the county regulations, on the HOA By-Laws page.

You can also download the change request form there.

Clean up after your dog!

Be considerate of your neighbors and clean up after your dog. Nobody enjoys dog poop, and especially not in our yard, after someone else's dog. So bring a plastic bag and carry it home.

_____________________________

To the Dogs!

Be considerate and clean up after your people!
If they drop trash while walking you, pick it up and carry it home. And then tonight .. chew up one of their shoes!

Behave at the Pool

If you don't, you will loose access!

Some of the simple rules are:

- Be nice!
- Don't bring your 20 best friends all the time!
- Clean up your mess!
- Clean up the mess others might have forgotten!
- DO NOT JUMP THE FENCE! The police WILL be called if we see you!
- NEVER NEVER NEVER Prop the gate! Don't be responsible for a child's drowning because you left the pool gate open!
- Don't let someone in if they don't have a key! There is usually a reason they don't!
- Don't break the furniture! It is expensive and YOU paid for it!
- No pets allowed at the pool!
